The body disappeared, the witnesses forgot their stories.

And I had 24 hours to solve the mystery before all the evidence vanished.

I had no memory of how this all started. Only that I was brought in to solve a mystery in a single day before I had to move to my next assignment. Because I'm a time-jumper. And I go where I'm sent.

Because I'm damned good at figuring things out. You don't have to have a string of degrees behind your name to figure out things.

The trick is, I "borrow" someone else's body while I'm on the job, for the time I'm here.

All I know on this job had a missing corpse already. And it happened when no one was around to see, on a government naval base in the heart of New York. Where sub-contractors came and went constantly.

I just had to solve it faster than the witnesses either "forgot" or "disappeared."

Like I said, I had only 24 hours.

And so started an eight-part serial of a female detective who had to solve her own mystery before her own time ran out. Just so she could regain her own body and live her own life again.

This story series came to life after it ran aground. The first story in this series was completely implausible. And so the second only showed up eight months later - as a prequel. Finally, the dam broke 13 months after the original was released. And the entire series flowed out after that.

This sexy female NCIS-type detective was trapped in a world not of her making. One governed by an AI, running with a steadily-depleting power source. With only her brother to help her, although he is also trapped in that loop. Fortunately, someone falls in love with him - while he can appear only 5 minutes each year in the real world.

Yes, (spoiler alert) they get their happily-ever-after and the villain is trapped, while Erotika Jones herself gets her life back - with a bonus. But - it’s how this mystery-romance-adventure is solved that keeps you guessing.

Enjoy this serial in every installment:
